About the Journal

Its focus spans digital transformation strategy, finance and business operating models, emerging skills and workforce transitions, artificial intelligence and automation, public sector and non-profit innovation, and issues of risk, ethics, and sustainability.

IJOT operates a double-blind peer review process to ensure rigorous academic standards. Manuscripts must follow APA (7th edition) referencing style and demonstrate originality and relevance. Submissions are welcomed from academics, practitioners, and interdisciplinary researchers.
